You have made it this far, I hope that you can take a deep breath. I honor your courage in taking this first step to seek healing in your life. Perhaps you are here because you feel stuck in your life, marriage or family; whatever pain you may be experiencing, it would be a privilege to partner with you on your journey towards greater peace and freedom.
I am a level II trained restoration therapist which I use to equip individuals, couples and families to break free of painful cycles and embrace peace in their lives and relationships. I also have extensive experience assisting adolescents and teenagers as they navigate their own unique life challenges.
I am skilled in walking with individuals through intimate betrayal, relational stresses, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma and identity formation. I value creating a safe and authentic environment where we can use your strengths to create the movement you are seeking. We might laugh and we might cry and, together, we will venture into the painful and beautiful parts of your story.
When I'm not in the office, you can probably find me grabbing a cup of coffee with a friend or hitting the beach! I would love to work with you, please contact me to see if I might be a good fit.
