Through a holistic approach, I make it easy for you to follow through and also stretch you to achieve your goals. I believe we should shift from "sick care" into "well care" by finding out what our unique body, mind and soul needs to thrive.
I am married to Andrew and together we have two great children.I am originally from the Netherlands and moved to California in 2008. I enjoy yoga, cooking/hosting, spending time with friends and listening to podcasts.
