Having sat on both sides of the therapy couch, I have experience of the benefitsthat come from the hard work of therapy, both personally, and within myrelationships. I know the bravery and vulnerability it takes to bring about healingand restoration, and I seek to honor each clients experience. Nobody knows yourstory better than you do. I believe the therapy room to be a sacred place wherehealthy vulnerability—the capacity to be wounded—is practiced and honored, and I seek to empathetically understand what my clients are sharing with me. Iam passionate about helping people find healing and break their cycles that leadto pain.I use Attachment theories like Restoration Therapy to help my clients identifyways in which they get “stuck” and how to form more loving and trustworthy waysof being and communicating.
